OUR FOUNDER

Hello, I’m Dayra!

I started Picnic Station in the summer of 2020, back when I was a full-time student at SDSU with a deep desire to create something meaningful during a season of pandemic uncertainty. What began as small, intimate beach picnics has since grown into a full-fledged event brand rooted in creativity, intentional design, and community.

Over the years, Picnic Station has evolved beyond luxury picnics — now also curating creative workshops, brand activations, and photobooth rentals through our sister brand, Pardon My Photobooth (@pardonmyphotobooth). From golden-hour picnics to hands-on experiences and interactive photo moments, each gathering is designed to feel personal, elevated, and unforgettable.

Ive had the joy of styling for proposals, birthdays, showers, brands, and creative workshops, and what continues to inspire me most is the people behind each celebration. My goal is to keep creating spaces where people can connect, celebrate, and be inspired.

When i’m not curating events, I’m usually exploring coffee spots, traveling, or brunching with the girls! I also love styling outfits, a fresh nail set, attending music festivals, and watching movies — grounded by faith and inspired by life’s simple joys. ♡
